Be flexible and fully responsive to your request I'm doing seasonal product trading in Amazon, if my products cannot arrive on time, will lose my business, lam very concerned about the efficiency of shipping, so l do business with big logistics companies, but that does not mean l can make sure my product arrive on time, sometimes the problems come from my supplier, lt is impossible to avoid order delays during peak seasons, even you make order in advance. It would able a disaster to cooperate with a large company when my supplier delayed the order. Big logistics companies are fast in time but slow in listen to my special requirements, and they will not take special actions for my goods, only work in accordance with their procedures. So l choice Flash Horse Logistics, Flash Horse Logistics are fast and will listen to my request in Emergency situations, not only one time they help me catch up the schedule by send all staff to work overtime together on weekends! It's not their respo...

Make shipping plans for you carefully lam so lucky to work with Flash Horse Logistics when I began to do international business, lam running several trading companies now. Their service has always given me a deep impression. I still remember first time l was ready to ship my product to the US.Flash Horse Logistics not only asks about the pack list like any other logistic company but also inquire about my future shipping plan and sales performance, I don't know why they doing that, but l get the answer later. Flash Horse Logistics customized shipping plan to every client, they have prepared a replenishment plan for me in advance according to my sale performance, and remind me at the right time. So l always don't squeeze my inventory too much, and will not be out of stock. In many cases, it takes 2 to 3 months for the replenishment of products from the order to the warehouse, restocking at the wrong time which will easily miss the peak season, thank for Flash Horse Logistics, my company n...

"For beginner I'm a new Amazon seller, After l finished my vocational course l met my first business problem. My forwarder quoted me a very high price for shipment to the Amazon fulfillment center. Not only that I still have problems with tariffs, unreasonable shipping time, and even get the wrong label in the new shipping channel. Mostly my business problems come from logistics and l can't find the answer from my course. Until my teacher recommended Flash Horse Logistics to me Flash Horse Logistics always satisfies me with their work. l can solve all my headache logistic problems by their fulfillment service, yes I mean it! Their service includes sourcing, full products inspection, customs clearance, shipping door to door, overseas warehouse, and even offer business experience in Amazon to me!l can't tell you how much and possible shipping problem, now Flash Horse Logistics is my partner, lam so happy to work with them."

Reduce the defective rate for us. As a small merchant, business is always challenging, especially when we purchase products from China. Our product structure is complex and expensive. So l always concern the defect rate will seriously affect my customer evaluation and business, but lam a foreign businessman, it is hard for me to go to China to do an inspection every time, and the third party inspection company just provide the AQL inspection, and the price is too high, but after I met Flash Horse Logistics team, they helped my business a lot, Flash Horse Logistics provide full inspection service to me. They can check every single product in their warehouse and then carefully pack up, also their price is lower. Now I can avoid poor customer reviews caused by defective products before shipping products to market, Saving my money and time also improved our customer ratings! Flash Horse Logistics is my inspection team in China.
